What is included with the spa treatments?
All treatments valued at COP 150,000 or more per person include access to our rooftop wellness area featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge. Please note that these facilities are shared with hotel guests. We also offer private steam room access for an additional COP 100,000 for 30 minutes, subject to prior reservation.
Do you offer special packages?
Yes. We offer romantic packages for couples, birthday celebrations, groups of friends, and bachelorette parties. These packages must be booked directly with us via WhatsApp.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability for your preferred date and time, especially on weekends, public holidays, and during high-demand periods.
Do hotel guests receive any special benefits?
Yes. Hotel guests receive an exclusive 20% discount on all spa services.
Can I access only the wellness facilities?
Yes. We offer a day pass for COP 150,000 per person, which includes unlimited access to the jacuzzi, sauna, and cold plunge, as well as towels. This service must be purchased directly through the hotel's reception via WhatsApp at +57 301 452 9320.
What are the temperatures of the sauna and cold plunge?
Our sauna reaches temperatures of up to 90°C (194°F), while the cold plunge is maintained between 8°C and 12°C (46°F–54°F) for a complete contrast therapy experience.
Do you have showers and changing facilities?
Yes. Each massage room features a private shower and L'Occitane amenities for use after your treatment. Shared showers are also available in the wellness area.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase a gift card for any of our treatments. The purchase can be completed via WhatsApp, and you will receive a digital gift card to share. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and reservations are subject to availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments in Colombian Pesos (COP).
What are the spa's operating hours?
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Public holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend bringing a swimsuit and sandals for the wet areas. We provide towels, disposable underwear, and amenities for your comfort.
Are there any restrictions for receiving treatments?
For safety reasons, we do not provide massage services to pregnant women or minors. Certain facial treatments may also have restrictions for guests who have recently received Botox, fillers, or chemical peels.
Does the spa include beverages or food?
We offer complimentary coffee and tea throughout your experience. You may also add a glass of white wine for an additional charge.
Spa treatments do not include meals. If you would like to enjoy cocktails, food, or other beverages, the hotel features a restaurant open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a rooftop bar open from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., except on Tuesdays.
